Why are we better?

We choose to be objective, automated, and consistent – combine that with all the norms of the better brokerages including a robust database and fancy market packages and that puts us ahead of the pack.

When valuing a property we use our proprietary system that rates a property based on 21 objective data points. We aren’t just looking at your term and tenant. Traffic counts, retail density, market rent, options remaining, placer ranking, market size, hard corner or not, and traffic-to-population ratio are a few of the data points we use. Each data point impacts the cap rate, which ultimately impacts the price. This is not guesswork.

We take transparency and fiduciary duty seriously. That is why clients are regularly presented hard fact data on all marketing aspects that we can quanity including the number of emails out, number of physical mailers out, number of calls out, response rate, and likely incoming offers. Our goal is to ensure all clients are overly aware of the work and effort that is going into selling their property.

Consistency on top of our platform is what closes the deal. We are going to make every call we can,  return ever email we can, uncover every local buyer we can, and not give up until no stone is left unturned. No one becomes successful in this industry without hard, gritty work and we are going to outwork everyone else.
